Great interview! Thanks for all the information. Now if I could only find a way to make some money with this.

Don’t we all I think that there are a couple of ways. First, if you pull together a good body of work, have a great story AND spin the “these were all taken with just an iPhone” line, you could do a great gallery show (if the work was incredible). I also think there is a market for knowledge on the ‘how did he create that image’ side of things as well. Tomorrow, I’m interviewing Dewitt Jones about the same subject, and he has an iPhone ebook out - he made $8 off of me on it just for the interview!

As usual Tony gives great information for people to use in their photography

    Dave,

The podcast with Tony Sweet was great. I would love to hear and see more specific information on processing iPhone photographs.

There are a couple of clarifications that will be helpful to others. Tony mentioned the “Photo Studio” app. You might want to check with him, but I believe the app he is speaking about is “FX Photo Studio.” I mention this because there is an app that is “PhotoStudio” and I discovered it is not very good. The second clarification is that the “Artista” apps are listed as “Photo Artista Oil”, etc.

    Thanks for your show.

Thank you for the comment and clarification! I interviewed Dewitt Jones yesterday and he mentioned the Photo Suite app as well (his show will be live May 31st). Hopefully we’ll all drag down the correct ones now.

Great interview with Tony!! He is Soooo energetic and creative! and as far as prints I had one image 12 x 12 take second place “Color Print” in the annual Baltimore Camera Club contest against some mighty great shooters with “big boy” cameras, and I had a “Big Girl” camera image which was app’d with an APP that was born in the iPhone app store Vintage Scene, and grew to a desktop app. place 2nd in the Annual color print comp. The iPhone has opened up my options in photography. (one of the 40)
